What can a complete outdoor renovation include?
The scope is tailored to your home. It may combine patios and hardscape, an outdoor kitchen, planting, lighting, a pool or spa, and other connected spaces. We’ll discuss your priorities, site conditions and investment before defining what is included in a written proposal.
Do I need finished plans before we talk?
No. Bring your priorities, inspiration and any plans you have. We can discuss next steps for planning your project, and we also work with homeowners who already have an architect or landscape architect.
Can you work with my architect or designer?
Yes. Blue Sierra works with homeowners, architects and landscape architects. We can review your plans and discuss construction scope, site conditions and how to bring the details together.
How long will my project take?
Timing depends on the design, permits, site conditions, materials and construction scope. We’ll discuss these factors before setting a project schedule.
What if I haven’t decided on a budget?
That’s okay. Choose ‘Not sure yet’ in the form. We’ll discuss your priorities and help you understand the scope and planning needed before a useful estimate. If you’re replacing only your driveway, use our dedicated driveway page.
