YOUR INFORMATION

Privacy notice

When you request a consultation, Blue Sierra Construction collects the contact and project details you provide: name, phone number, email, project ZIP code, scope, budget, timing and notes. We use these details to review your request and contact you about your project.

How information is handled

Requests are stored in this website’s hosted database. Access is limited to authorized account users. Hosting and infrastructure providers process information to operate the website. Authorized lead-handling tools send a summary to the Blue Sierra owner through RingCentral SMS so our team can follow up. We do not sell information submitted through this form.

If you allow optional measurement, advertising campaign parameters and click identifiers may be kept for the current browser session and stored with your request to understand where inquiries come from. A daily hash of your network address is used to limit abusive submissions.

Optional measurement

With your permission, Google Ads measures advertising interactions and completed consultation requests. Microsoft Clarity collects interaction data such as clicks, scrolling and session recordings to help us understand how this website is used. These services may use cookies and receive device, network and page information. Form fields and personalized confirmation content are masked in Clarity. We do not send your name, phone number, email or project notes as analytics events.

Optional measurement stays off until you choose “Allow measurement.” You can change your choice using “Privacy choices” on a landing page. A Global Privacy Control browser signal keeps optional measurement off. Declining measurement does not prevent you from requesting a consultation. Learn more in Google’s privacy policy and Microsoft’s privacy statement.

Your choices

Submitting a request authorizes contact about that request, not enrollment in an unrelated marketing program. You may ask us to correct or delete your submitted information, or stop contacting you, by emailing info@bluesierracorp.com or calling (669) 202-5232.
